Step 1
Lobster was implemented swiftly and efficiently. Despite minor delays due to infrastructural tweaks, the set-up was completed in only one week.
Step 2
The Lobster training sessions were highly effective. Shortly after onboarding, employees began using the tool independently. Today, Damstahl relies on one full-time employee to manage all integrations but plans to train additional staff to enhance autonomy further.
At Damstahl, Lobster serves as a central integration hub and communication tool to seamlessly connect different systems and platforms. The solution integrates with ERP systems, e-commerce platforms, databases (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, Azure Data Lake), and EDI networks. It also links with external partners via business networks like SAP Ariba and SCSN.
