Lobster was installed on a dedicated server, eliminating the need for individual computer installations and ensuring seamless access via browser. The system provided automated data transfer and web portal visibility, simplifying data management.

Südwolle Group’s employees have benefited from Lobster’s intuitive interface and comprehensive process transparency, which have significantly eased their daily tasks. Users were trained to leverage the software’s drag & drop features and automated data transfers, enhancing data integrity and availability.
Lobster was set up on Südwolle’s server, providing browser-based access for all users. The software facilitated automated data transfers and improved data integrity, while also enabling end consumers to access detailed product information through a QR code on the garments, covering aspects like animal welfare, health and safety, environmental protection, and living wage.
The integration supports the following standards and protocols: MS SQL DB, OMSSQL, AS2, FTP, EDIFACT IFTMIN D96A, IDOC, XML.
