THE LICENCING SWEET SPOT

Our Gold Partners excel at implementation. Obviously. But they have even bigger Lobster boots to fill. Because they are also licencing agents. They take care of the complete Lobster experience. From contract to implementation.

CRITERIA & BENEFITS
  • As a Gold Partner, you will be responsible for customer acquisition and for brokering Lobster_data software licences to end customers.
  • You will create your own independent distribution process, supported by Lobster.
  • You will be responsible for independently implementing Lobster_data software.
  • The brokered Lobster_data licence & support contracts will be concluded directly between Lobster and your customer.
  • You will train at least 2 sales representatives and 2 IT consultants to work with the Lobster_data integration platform.
  • Once a month, you will generate a sales forecast including identified sales leads.
  • As a Gold Partner you will receive sales commission based on your partnership tier. This is paid as a lump sum at the end of the year – based on the order volume of Lobster_data licences for that calendar year.

CRITERIA & BENEFITS
  • As a Platinum Partner, you will be responsible for customer acquisition and for brokering Lobster_data software licences to end customers.

  • You will sell and fulfil Lobster_data licence & support contracts (1st and 2nd tier) in your own name and will conclude them directly with your end customer.

  • Once a month, you will generate a sales forecast.
  • In return, you will receive sales commission based on your partnership tier. This is paid as a lump sum at the end of the year – based on the order volume of Lobster_data licences for that calendar year.

CRITERIA & BENEFITS
  • As a Titanium Partner you will incorporate Lobster_data as an integration/EDI gateway or include it as a feature within your own software solutions.
  • You will offer your end customers integration/EDI based on Lobster_data technology.
  • As a Titanium Partner you will train at least 2 sales representatives, 2 IT consultants and 2 technical support engineers to work with the Lobster_data integration platform.
  • You will create a monthly sales forecast including identified sales leads.
  • We will offer you licences at OEM rates or a split in the sales generated based on our joint business case. No commission will apply but you will be given wholesale rates.
  • When brokering licences as a Titanium Partner, you will receive sales commission based on your partnership tier. This is paid as a lump sum at the end of the year – based on the order volume of Lobster_data licences for that calendar year.

  • Lobster will provide support for the sales and consultation process.
  • The order and licence contract will be concluded between Lobster and the new customer directly.
  • You will not incur a partnership fee.
  • Your commission is based on the order volume of Lobster_data licences per calendar year.
