What is the onboarding process like?
Our onboarding process typically takes about three months, from initial inquiry to your first certification. This thorough preparation ensures you have everything you need for a successful launch with Lobster.
How do I become a Lobster Partner?
To become a Lobster Partner, your team must complete the Lobster Academy training process (payable). In addition to certification, you’ll need to allocate dedicated, certified personnel to meet Lobster’s standards and work effectively with our products. This investment supports long-term growth and offers unlimited potential for return.
Can I advertise that I am a Lobster Partner?
Absolutely! Once the contract is concluded and you’ve completed the certification process, you’re welcome to promote your Partnership with Lobster using our Partner badges and logos. We’ll gladly provide these assets upon request. Check out our Partner Directory to discover our current Partners.
Does Lobster share leads with its Partners?
Yes! Proactive and successful Partners may receive leads through our various lead-generation initiatives. You will also get the opportunity to participate in Lobster events, share success stories, and collaborate on joint marketing campaigns. Once you become a Lobster Partner, you’re given access to your listing in our Partner Directory.
