The Lobster Customer Care team is dedicated to keeping over 1,700 clients happy. Our agents are here to provide customer support when you’re looking for tailored information or to provide feedback. When you’re wanting to get in touch with one of our departments, whether it be the partnerships, sales or accounts team. We process sales offers and take time to follow up with customers who are interested in our software solutions. We’re responsible for providing information on our workshop programme and organising the Lobster Academy. But at the end of the day, we’re all about happy customers.
