The Orchestration manual describes the general operation of Lobster Data Platform / Orchestration and documents details on functionalities, objects and recommended working methods. It is primarily designed as a reference book. The contents can usually also be called directly as context help from the user interface. However, the structure and content are not explicitly aimed at getting to know the concepts and various possibilities of Lobster Data Platform / Orchestration as a new user through systematic 'self-study'.

NOTE◄ Some examples in the Orchestration manual refer to contents from the Tutorial 'Orchestration', because it is assumed that the example scenario presented there is familiar to a user working as a 'configurator'.

IMPORTANT◄ 'End users', i.e. the operational users of an implementation created with Lobster Data Platform / Orchestration, are not necessarily intended as the target group for this documentation. Instructions and information concerning the specific operation of a solution created with the Lobster Data Platform / Orchestration must be created additionally and individually as required. However, Lobster Data Platform / Orchestration can integrate corresponding content, e.g. as context-specific Online help. Whether end users should also have access to the modules of this standard documentation can be controlled by the system administrator via role permissions.
