Settings

(1) Allow anonymous access: If this checkbox is set, the use of the form is also possible without being logged in to DataCockpit, via the link on the right.

(2) No possibility to save: The form page cannot trigger the form profile itself, but data profiles can be used to fill the form, e.g. in search masks.

(3) Allow upload of data only: You can only upload files, but no data via a form .

(4) Edit form: Hier kann das Formular direkt bearbeitet werden, siehe "Orchestration" → "Portals". Important note: Initially, the form is created based on the settings in the profile, i.e. there is a fixed connection between the profile and the form. To change the form under "Portals", this connection must be removed (details can be found there). This is not a problem for purely visual changes. However, if the data structure is changed, the profile must be manually adjusted accordingly. We only recommend this for advanced users.

(5) Assign: At least one user must be assigned here. Only assigned users can see the form.
