Jobs per profile
The page offers an overview of the log messages on basis of the existing profiles. After selecting a profile with the full-text search or the profile tree, all finished jobs of the selected profile will be shown.
Search mask
(1) Search field top left: Here a profile can be searched for with a keyword. After a successful search, the located profiles will be shown as a list instead of the group/profile tree. The wildcard * can also be used, e.g. Company*AS2*send.
(2) Tree structure left: Here a profile can be searched for within the group/profile tree.
(3) Search period bar at the top: To show a current list of the search period, please click the magnifying glass symbol.
(4) Down arrow: With this button, the extended search can be opened.
(5) Window on top: The list of the located jobs of a profile.
(6) Log messages: The log messages of a marked job. If available, a trace file (see section System logging) can be opened via a right-click on the log messages and viewed in the "Server Logging" (→ "Administration"). The "Additional info" shows log text that has been created with function log info().
(7) Display 1, Display 2, Display 3: Custom columns. The values for these columns can be set with function set display column().
Advanced search
(8) Job number: Restriction to a specific job number (must be complete).
(9) Errors only: If this checkbox is set, only jobs that match the search criteria and terminated with an error are displayed.
(10) Log Pool: The logging of a profile job can be done in separate Log Pools. The default Log Pool is called Standard.
(11) Field name: If a target structure field attribute "Log field value" has the value Yes and there is a value for attribute "Name for logging" as well, the value of the target structure field itself will be written in the job log with the specified name. You can select a name in the left field and a value in the right field (1). (12) has to be used to add the condition! Additional search options:
