An overview of the time slots in an adjustable time frame is displayed here. Bookings are not possible.

This image displays the time slot overview.

(1) Select time slot: Time slots are shown for this time frame.

(2) Reload time slots: Time slots for the time frame from (1) are reloaded.

(3) Lock time slots: If the user has the necessary rights, time slots can be locked and locked ones be cleared again.

(4) Time – the selection diagram displays days and hours.

(5) Time slots are sorted by the company of the loading area group - loading area group -loading area, and by loading sites.

(6) Already booked time slot: Already booked time slots are displayed in the current working state's colour (if the authorisation for it has been given, otherwise grey) and are thus not bookable anymore. In the tooltip you can find information on the booking entry, should the user have the right for it and the booking be visible to him.

Double-click on this time slot booking to open the overview of time slot bookings and preselect this time slot booking.
