Time slot definition headers can be created within a loading place. Every time slot definition header can contain several time slot definitions.
Saving a time slot definition header creates bookable time slots. If time slots already exist for this header, these will be removed if their validity has expired.
Should a time slot that is being removed already have been booked, an error will occur and the modification of the definition header be retracted.

(1) New, Delete, Cancel, Copy, Save: Time slot definition headers can be saved or copied and saved in the data bank.
(2) Here you can enter the loading place for the definition header and its valid time slot. Time slots for this time frame will be created when saving.

Time slot definitions
(1) Slot Start and Slot End: This field displays the time frame that contains the time slots to be created per day.
(2) Number of Slots and Slot Duration: Shows the number and duration of time slots to be created for the time frame entered in (1).
(3) Tolerance: Indicates in percentages, by how much the calculated duration of the time slot entry may exceed the time frame from (1), for the slot to still be bookable.
(4) Minimum: Indicates the minimum percentage of the time frame from (1) the calculated duration of the time slot entry has to reach, for the slot to still be bookable.
