This screenshot shows the input form for loading area groups.

(1) New, Delete, Cancel, Copy, Save: Load area groups can be saved or copied and deleted in the database.

(2) Data of a loading area group can be entered here. The fields Group name and Company are required fields.

(3) Offset hours: The hours indicated here mark the moment from which time slots may be booked, based on the current time. When searching for possible time slots, only those are shown that are defined for a time later than 'current time + this value'.

(4) Offset tolerance: This field gives a value in minutes. It shows for how long a time slot, which would no longer be bookable due to the booking offset time, can still be booked.

Example:

Current time 17.06.2018 14:00

Offset hours 24.

Offset tolerance 10 min.

free time slot 18.06.2015 14:00-15:00

Until 17.06.2015 14:00 the time slot is displayed as available in search results.

A booking can be made until 17.06.2015 14:10. After 17.06.2015 14:10 the booking will be denied.

After 17.06.2015 14:00, the time slot will no longer be displayed as available.

(5) max. parallel loading areas: This value indicates the number of loading areas that can be booked simultaneously within a loading area group. Should this value be surpassed, then time slots will be offered only in those loading areas that have already been booked. E.g. This value is useful should there be only a certain number of loading teams for a group. Thus, only this number would be booked at the same time.

(6) Here you can enter the data to create a guest access for this loading area. In the booking overview (see Buchungsübersicht), a ribbon for the creation of guest users will appear, assuming the required permission. (see Guest users) If the value set for Guest Expiration in Days is 0, then the guest access is indefinite. .
