Date range
Allows the input of a date range consisting of From date and To date, which are normal Date/Time fields with all their possible settings.
The following settings can be made for the date range element:

From and To dates can be recorded separately. |

The input field of the To date is not displayed. When saving, the From date is automatically used for this. |

Determines whether the original times of the date values always span the full day. i.e. The From date is set to the beginning (00:00:00.000) and the To date is set to the end (23:59:59.999) of the day, if either initially the default value is loaded without default time or the date is changed. |
As soon as one of the two date/time fields has activated the time zone setting, a button with the globe icon will appear on the right of the element:
The vast majority of date fields in business objects are date range elements.
The start time, end time, and the common time zone for both entries are always stored.
