Parse date
A value resolver which converts an input text into a date with time. The format pattern as well as the time zone can be specified (also via value resolver).
If the format contains a time zone information, it will be converted to the specified time zone, otherwise the read date will be interpreted in the given time zone.
The format pattern literals are the same as in the Format date resolver.
