Maintenance

System maintenance can be planned and performed here. During maintenance, the normal application URL does not link to the login screen, but only to maintenance information.

Maintenance can be scheduled in advance. Users are informed when the next maintenance is scheduled.

If at least one user is entered in (8), all other users will be logged out of the system when maintenance starts.

Once maintenance has been started, it remains active even after a server restart.

The client starts during maintenance only if the ?ml=true ('ml' for maintenance login) parameter is specified in the URL.

In addition, it is possible to log in any time during maintenance when starting a secured session (?ml=true&safeMode=true in the URL)

The Automatic start (6) and Automatic stop (7) options can be used to configure whether maintenance should be started or stopped automatically without manual intervention.

A manual start or stop (9) is still possible. If maintenance is stopped, it is always set to inactive, so that it would not be scheduled again if the planned period is in the future. If started manually, the planned start date is ignored. If the planned end date is in the past, the maintenance is ended immediately. If the planned end date is in the future, depending on the state of the Automatic stop switch, maintenance is automatically ended at this time, or stopped manually.
