Export job

An Export job is started automatically when a configuration is to be exported (e.g. a company):

After the company to be exported (1) has been selected, it can be added to the current export job under the Export (2) tab using the Export (3) function.

After the export is executed, the current Export job opens:

(1) Execute: All configurations in the export job are exported. As soon as the export is finished, an export.xar file is offered for download.

(2) Close: The current export job is closed without exporting the data.

(3) The detail view for the selected entry in the list (4).

(4) All current configurations to be exported.

In this example, a new job was created and the company 'Smart Logistics AG' was added with all dependencies:

This process can be repeated until all desired configurations are included in the export job.

While the export job is running, a progress bar appears:

Once all configurations have been exported, the XAR file is offered for download and the export job is completed.
The resulting XAR file can now be imported into a target system. See Import job.
