Working state

This dynamic enumeration defines choices for working states to assign to business objects. The Color parameter determines the background color setting for labels representing working states in overviews.

The internal Name (1) of a working state must be unique within the enumeration. It appears 'read-only' for saved elements, unless the write-protection is temporarily unlocked by clicking the padlock symbol for corrections.

The read-only field Localized name (2) shows the applicable localization according to Localization or Company specific localization, if any, otherwise the name itself is shown.

An optional Description (3) is only available within the current view.

The Color (4) indicated as a hexadecimal value or selected by a color picker (as shown in picture) determines the background color for labels representing the working state in overviews.

►NOTE◄ The font color for working state labels is automatically set to white (#FFFFFF) or black (#000000) depending on background color.
