Calendar Overview

The screenshot shows the dialog for defining calendars.

(1) New, Delete, Cancel, Copy, Save: Calendars can be saved, copied and deleted in the database.

(2) Owner: The owner of the calendar.

(3) Name: The name of the calendar can be changed.

(4) Holiday Groups: Defined holiday groups (multiple selection is possible) can be assigned to the calendar.

(5) Work days: For the calendar you can define which weekdays are considered work days.

(6) List of the defined calendar.

►NOTE◄ Calendar exceptions are only stored in the database when the corresponding calendar is saved.

The screenshot shows the dialog for defining calendar exceptions.

With exceptions, certain days of the selected holiday groups or the selected work days of the calendar can be declared as work days or no work days.

(1) Add, Remove, Cancel, Copy, Apply: Calendar exceptions can be saved or copied and deleted in the database.

(2) Day and type: Date and type (Work day or No work day) of the calendar exception can be changed.

(3) Factor: A factor can be used to calculate control times. This is set to 1.00 by default.

(4) Color and label: Optionally, a color and a label can be added to the exception, which will be displayed in possible calendars.

(5) A list of defined calendar exceptions within the selected calendar.
