Address book entries

The overview of address book entries can be reached via the respective Address book. Address book entries refer to addresses (see also Referenced objects).

There are no explicit permissions for address book entries. The authorizations of address books are authoritative.

(1) New, Delete, Cancel, Copy, Save: The address book entries can be stored in the database.

(2) Details: The address data of the address book entry.

(3) List of address book entries found.

The figure shows the entry form for communication information.

(1) Communication information can be added and removed.

►NOTE◄ The data entered and modified here will only be saved if the address book entry is also saved.

(2) Type: The type of communication information. The values can be configured in the Communication type dynamic enumeration (see also Dynamische Aufzählungen).

(3) Context: To distinguish different communication information of the same type (2), context can be specified. For some resolvers (see also Wertauflöser) this context can be specified additionally, e.g. to determine a certain mail address via the context. (See also Mailversand (Wertauflöser)).

(4) Value: The value to be stored for the communication information. (e.g. an e-mail address).

(1) Contacts can be added and removed.

(3) Salutation, Name 1, Name 2: Name and title of contacts.
