An address book has a name and a list of company types, whose entries assigned to the address book have to be valid.
In the offered search field addressbook entries of those addressbooks searched, which have set the respective company type (e.g. pickup address).
The user must have permission to read address books for this search and the respective address books must be readable. (see Company authorizations)
The visibility of addressbook entries is not checked (Only the owner of the addressbook is relevant here).
There are no role permissions for address book entries, but only for the parent address books.
The screenshot above shows the entry form of address books.
(1) New, Delete, Cancel, Copy, Save: Address books can be stored in the database.
(2) Name: The name of the address book.
(3) Types: The company types for which the address book can be used.
(4) List of address books found.
(5) Address book entries: Here the address book entries of the address book selected in (4) can be edited.
