Time slot management

The Time slot management enables occupancy planning for Ladestelle using a graphical planning board in which the capacitated supply or operating hours for each loading place are presented as a series of 'time slots' along with discrete 'bookings' for those time slots.

►NOTE◄ The related functionalities are mainly provided by an add-on module with the short name 'TSMT' (for 'Time slot management tool'), which must be licensed and installed on the server side in order to be able to use the Time slot management.

The menu item Time slot management summarizes the operational functionalities:

• Booking overview

• Calendar view

Associated master data can be maintained via the Zeitfenster menu item:

• Loading area group

• Loading areas

• Loading places

• Time slot definitions

In addition, the Time slot management module includes specific Dynamische Aufzählungen that can be used to define available selection options for Time slot management:

• Type of vehicle

• Mode of transport

• Package types ... not to be confused with Type of packaging!

• Kinds of goods

The Input forms for time slot booking menu item allows you to configure individual Input forms for timeslot booking data.

For automation of processes in the context of time window bookings, Triggering events and Event actions can be used in conjunction with specific ribbon macro commands (see Verfügbare Befehle):
