Meta exchange

Using the Lobster Data Platform / Orchestration meta exchange, the configurations of one system can be exported and imported into another system. (e.g. from the test system to the productive system).

When exporting a configuration, Lobster Data Platform / Orchestration tries to resolve all necessary dependencies and export them as well.

►NOTE◄ The target system (the system which imports) remembers the identification of the systems from which it has already imported configurations, in order to be able to automatically assign the same objects during a subsequent reimport of the configuration. These objects are then linked.

The exchange format is a *.xar file, which must be saved locally.
