General information

• Execute performs the actions for all entries in the table, not only for the selected entry.

• Validate recalculates the validity flag.

• Objects already in the system as default values are automatically linked.

• Under the Link Ribbon, this object can be linked manually (the corresponding mask for the object opens).

Variations

When importing from another system, the following variants may occur:

1. The object does not yet exist in the target system.

2. The object exists, and is unchanged.

3. The object exists, and is changed.

The possible actions from this are the following:

• If the object does not yet exist in the target system, the Action column offers the choice between Create and Skip.
  

  • Skip: This object is not created.

  • Create: This object will be created. If the Remember link button is disabled, the object will be created, but no link will be created.

• The object exists in the target system. (Update or Link action)
  

  • In the target system this object is modified: Update is preselected: The object will be updated.

  • In the target system this object is unchanged: Link is preselected: No action is performed.
