The menu item 'Association criteria' opens on overview of the association criteria accessible from the current session.

  • The ribbon category Details (1) features standard functions (New, Delete, Edit, Cancel) as well as the button Usage, which lists all existing references to the selected association criterion.

  • The list area (2) below lists all accessible association criteria.

Double clicking on a list item or the Edit button in the ribbon opens a details view for the selected association criterion:

Besides the standard buttons, the ribbon features Usage (as described above) and Testmode (see Tests).

The Association criterion tab in the details view contains general properties of the association criterion:

  • The Owner is defaulted to the company of the session for new association criteria. Other choices are available by dropdown.

  • A Name must be specified for each association criterion.

  • The Description may be used optionally to describe the logic and/or purpose of the association criterion by plain text.

  • The Priority value is relevant for 'Best-Matching' logic (see Association criteria) in associations, where the object with the highest-priority value for a matching association criterion gets selected.

  • The Logical component flag qualifies that an association criterion should exclusively be evaluated (and available) as a sub criterion. Further implications are described in the section Association criteria of type 'Logical component'.
