Attribute

The Rule types in this category apply to the checking of typed attributes of an entity which, according to its type, should belong to the group of 'attribute owners' (see 'Info' below).

►NOTE◄ Rules that evaluate the attributes of an entity can always be configured with an Entity property rule in conjunction with value resolvers of the Attribut (Wertauflöser) category and, if necessary, a Rule list resolver.

►IMPORTANT◄ The rule types in this category each refer to a specific attribute type. They can therefore only be meaningfully implemented in the context of an entity type that also supports corresponding attributes. The decisive factor here is the type of specific reference object for the rule. If the reference object does not support the respective attribute type – and thus indirectly also the rule – no error occurs at runtime. However, the rule will not be considered as 'failed' in all cases. Observe the corresponding notes for each rule type.
