If a Workflow job changes into a state that has a form with a set (1) email notification (→ ./etc/startup.xml), the email (3) is sent. The form does not need to be opened for that. Note: The placeholders {--MY_VAR--} and %MY_SYS_CONST% are permitted for variables and system constants in subject and body.

The email will be sent to the set Lobster Integration users and the DataCockpit users (permission May see workflow must be set) who have the set DataCockpit role (2).
