Email Settings (form)

If a Workflow job changes into a state that has a form with a set (1) email notification (→ ./etc/startup.xml), the email (3) is sent. The form does not need to be opened for that. Note: The placeholders {--MY_VAR--} and %MY_SYS_CONST% are permitted for variables and system constants in subject and body.

The email will be sent to the set _data users and the DataCockpit users (permission May see workflow must be set) who have the set DataCockpit role (2).
