Here you can upload an image for your user or select an avatar.

Password

(1) Enable 2FA: See section Two Factor Authentication (Users).

(2) Change password: To change your user's password, you need the current password.

(3) SSO: See section SSO (Users).

Notifications

Note: You need the user right " Administrator" or " Control Center" for this tab to be shown.

(4) Show popup notification on new error: Popup notification if a new error has occurred.

(5) Notifications logs: You will receive a notification in the add-on modules Workflow and ETL/ELT pipelines when new logs have been created.

(6) Use HTML5 notification API: Instead of the internal popups (4), HTML5 notifications can also be generated. These are always pushed in front of all programs, regardless of whether you have a page in focus or not.

(7) Email notification on new tasks: You will receive an email notification when you have a new task. See the My Tasks tile on the Start and Pinboard page.

Keyboard shortcuts

(8) Quick start: Key combination to open the Quick Start dialogue (allows jumping directly to specific pages).

(9) Other, Mapping: Key combination to open the shortcut menu in the mapping (here Ctrl+Alt+X).

(10) Expert mode: If set, the shortcut menu, see (9), does not have to be opened to execute the shortcuts. Note: Pay attention to the focus.

Settings

(11) Start page: The page that is displayed after login.

(12) Dialog animation: If set, animations in certain dialogues (e.g. About Lobster) will be active. Should be unset if GUI reacts slowly.

(13) Double click opens module entries in new browser tab: If set, an opened module entry (e.g. a profile in the profile overview) is displayed in a new tab and not in the same one. Note: If you click on Save or Cancel in a new tab, the tab will be closed. If the checkbox is not set, you will return to the initial dialogue.

(14) Automatically search when entering a page: If set and a page with search is opened (e.g. the log overview in the Control Center), the search is triggered automatically.
