DataCockpit/Portal (Input Agent)

Introduction: You can find a description of this phase in section Phase 1 (Introduction).

The Input Agent Portal is part of the s ubmodule Forms of the add-on module DataCockpit .

Profiles with this Input Agent can be used to create Web 2.0 applications without programming. Profiles of this type create form pages that allow data to be uploaded directly to the profile via a form (static or dynamic). The data can then be processed in the profile as usual.

(1) See section Dynamic Form.

(2) You can only upload files, but no data via a form .

(3) If the checkbox is set, the status of the form profile job is waited for before the form is closed. If the form profile is used in a workflow, the transition check does not start until the form profile job is finished.

(4) No job overview is displayed, only the Portal form. Note: Has no effect if (2) is set.

(5) The form page can not trigger the form profile itself, but data profiles can be used to fill the form, e.g. in search masks.

(6) If this checkbox is set, the use of the form is also possible without being logged in to DataCockpit, via the link http(s)://<URL/IP Integration Server>/DataCockpit/form/<form profile ID>. Alternatively, you get an anonymized link in the form via the Share label. In addition, only this form is then shown in full-screen view. If the checkbox is not set, the link can still be used, but you will then need to log in and the form will be shown in the form overview (with all other forms you are allowed to see).
