Settings

(1) Input delay in ms: See section Dynamic form.

(2) Allow upload of data only: You can only upload files, but no data via a form .

(3) Synchronous execution: If the checkbox is set, the status of the form profile job is waited for before the form is closed. If the form profile is used in a workflow, the transition check does not start until the form profile job is finished.

(4) Do not show job overview: No job overview is displayed, only the Portal form. Note: Has no effect if (2) is set.

(5) The form page can not trigger the form profile itself, but data profiles can be used to fill the form, e.g. in search masks.

(6) No possibility to save: If this checkbox is set, the use of the form is also possible without being logged in to DataCockpit, via the link http(s)://<URL/IP Integration Server>/DataCockpit/form/<form profile ID>. Alternatively, you get an anonymised link in the form via the "Share" label. In addition, only this form is then shown in full-screen view. If the checkbox is not set, the link can still be used, but you will then need to log in and the form will be shown in the form overview (with all other forms you are allowed to see).

(7) Existing DataCockpit users, Selected DataCockpit users: All available and assigned Web Monitor users (= DataCockpit and Forms users). The form page created by this profile is visible for the selected users . Important note: You must select at least one user or role (8).

(8) Existing DataCockpit roles, Selected DataCockpit roles: All available and assigned Web Monitor roles (= DataCockpit and Forms roles). The form page created by this profile is visible for the selected roles. Important note: You must select at least one user (7) or role.
