This plugin offers users who do not have direct access to the computer on which the Integration Server is installed to upload files to the directory ./webapps/root/upload. You need the user right "Upload files" or "Administrator".

New folder Rename folder Delete folder View/Edit file Download file Rename file Delete file Upload file Update files	Self-explanatory.
New file	Create new file (and content).
URL	Displays a URL that can be used to download files directly (for example, in a browser).
