The add-on module Data Flow needs the user right "Administrator" or ("Create profiles" and "Change all profiles").

Complex conversion tasks are often met by chained profiles, where a source profile forwards data to a target profile by Message.

If the total number of profiles is large, it becomes difficult for the user/profile developer to keep track of the exact data flow. The Data Flow module offers powerful support in these cases, on the one hand by displaying the data flow of existing profile chains in a graphical representation, and on the other hand by allowing complex profile chains to be newly developed.

Analogously, Content Inspection entries, ASM entries, ETL/ELT pipelines , workflows , partner channels can be visualised.
