Exception periods give you the possibility to stop the timer of a Content Inspector for a certain period of time.

If a Content Inspector has received a file and several files are still expected, a timer is started and after the configured maximum waiting time is exceeded, the processing is started or the Content Inspector gets the status "Overdue".

If an exception period is configured here, the timer is stopped during this time period.

You can create or delete new entries using the context menu.
