Settings
(1) Active: Only active (and valid) ASM entries are executed.
(2) Overwrite existing files: If the option "append" is not used in the Response of the profile sending to the ASM entry and a file with the same name already exists, the Response will fail if this checkbox here is not set.
(3) Directory: Base directory where the files are collected.
(4) Backup: The backup base directory in which the files are copied after a successful transmission (a subfolder with a timestamp as the name is created). If the field is left empty, no backup is generated.
(5) Keep backup for: Retention period for the backup files (4) in days. Values less than "1" are corrected to "1".
(6) Keep logs for: Retention period for log entries in days. Values less than "1" are corrected to "1". These logs can be found in the Control Center under "Logs/ASM messages".
(7) Number range: Here you can define the start and end value of the number range of this ASM entry. This number range value can, for example, be used on the page "Execution (ASM)".
(8) Set number range value: Allows you to set the current value of the number range.
(9) Documentation URL: You can specify any URL that contains documentation of this ASM entry. You can use the symbols to open it and insert system constants into the URL.
(10) Fire Comm Log event: Only relevant if a partner channel is specified in the transmission. See general channel settings.
(11) ID: The ID of the ASM entry. With the icon on the right, you can display the search index of the ASM entry. These values can be queried in the expert search.
(12) Image: You can upload an image for this entry. This image is shown in the overview when the tile view is selected.
