Connecting external systems and resources

Important note: External systems are third-party products and are neither supported by Lobster nor provided by Lobster. Any support or advice provided by the Lobster support in this regard is voluntary and in no way implies a transfer of responsibility to the latter. The installation, operation and maintenance of external systems, or measures carried out on them, are always and without exception the responsibility of the customer. The Lobster support will of course be happy to assist you with the configurations necessary to connect functioning third-party systems.

To access certain external systems or resources, these have to be set up in configuration files. In most cases, an alias is assigned, which can then be used to address the resource.
