System constants

Scope/Lifetime	Live system-wide (i.e. also in other profiles) and permanently (i.e. not just during the profile run/test).

System constants are not stored in the profile as profile constants but in the Administration.

System constants are valid in all profiles, profile constants only in the respective profile.

System constants are initialised at the start of phase 1.

When profiles are transported, system constants are not transported to the target system with them.
