Help mode
The help mode can be activated in the areas User Menu and Help.
Settings
(1) Introduction to _data: Short introduction.
(2) Context help, Show video: Online documentation and videos of the currently opened page.
(3) Open support ticket: You can send an email to the Lobster support team (support@lobster.de) from this link.
The link will open the email client configured in your browser with a new email. Most of the data relevant for our support team (e.g. installation ID in the subject, version, etc. in the mail text) will already be contained in this email. So in many cases your request can be processed faster, because it is no longer necessary to request this data from you. Please also replace the placeholder <Your subject> in the subject with the topic of your request. By sending this email, you will open a new ticket in our ticket system and our support team will deal with it promptly. Note: For this link to work, you may need to set your email client as the default app/program in Windows (and analogously in other operating systems). You may also need to adjust the security settings in your browser.
(4) Chat window in the middle: Chat with other users (different to messages on pages "Start" and "Pinboard").
