General messages

This page provides a view of log messages which cannot be assigned to a specific job and therefore do not appear on pages "Overview", "Jobs per Profile" or "Errors" in the Control Center. This is the case, for example, if an error occurred during a profile run, but no job has yet been created.

(1) Search period ot the top: To view the list for the current search period, click the magnifying glass icon.

(2) All/CI only/ENGDAT only: Either all messages are displayed or only those of the Content Inspection or the ENGDAT messages.

(3) Errors only: Only error messages are displayed.

(4) Burger menu top left: Additional view options and CSV export.


Note: When you highlight a message, details are displayed. In almost all cases, there will be no trace files for the log messages (an exception is, for example, the time-driven Input Agent "FTP"). If available, however, the trace file can be viewed on the "Server Logs" page by right-clicking on the log message.
