General messages

This page provides a view of log messages which cannot be assigned to a specific job and therefore do not appear on pages "Overview", "Jobs per Profile" or "Errors" in the Control Center. This is the case, for example, if an error occurred during a profile run, but no job has yet been created.

(1) To view the list for the current search period, click the magnifying glass icon.

(2) Either all messages are displayed or only those of the Content Inspection or the ENGDAT messages.

(3) Only error messages are displayed.

(4) Additional view options and CSV export.


Note: When you highlight a message, details are displayed. In almost all cases, there will be no trace files for the log messages (an exception is, for example, the time-driven Input Agent "FTP"). If available, however, the trace file can be viewed on the "Server Logs" page by right-clicking on the log message.
