Settings

(1) Lobster DATA GmbH: Here you will find the installed version of Lobster Integration, the Lobster Integration Server and the GUI used. This is information you might be asked for during a support session or the licensing process.

(2) Keyboard shortcuts: There are a number of shortcuts for a faster navigation of the GUI.

(3) Libraries: This area contains a list of all used Java libraries.

(4) Export system data: System information can be exported here (protocols, connections, etc.).

(5) Patch: Here you will find a list of all installed patches.

(6) Support mode: This button opens a further dialogue. It allows our support staff to enter a password to activate a special mode for advanced troubleshooting if you allow them to access your system via TeamViewer, for example.
