Start and stop console based

If the server is to be started as a console application using the service wrapper, i.e equivalent to the startup script ./bin/hub.bat, this can be done by calling the startup script ./bin/IS_as_SERVICE.bat with the parameter console.

This procedure is especially helpful during initial configuration or troubleshooting if the system does not start up. Otherwise, the same instructions as shown in the previous sections apply.
