Settings for AMQP, MQTT, Kafka and Log Pool

Changed settings on the Node Controller for AMQP, MQTT, Kafka and Log Pools are passed on to connected Working Nodes at runtime. Working Nodes that are not logged in, receive the changed settings after the next login at the Node Controller.
