Info (Main Settings)

(1) A brief description of what the profile does is often useful for a later understanding or that of other coworkers.

(2) The tags are taken into account when searching for profiles.

(3) If a profile is saved for the first time or a backup of the profile is created, a change notes can be specified, which can then be found here. Note: The description of the change can be forced with the option <Set name="remarkForSaveRequired">true</Set> in the configuration file ./etc/startup.xml.

(4) If you export a profile and then import it again, this text will appear in a message window. When migrating from a test system to a live system, for example, this may be very useful to point out what should be considered.

(5) A history of which user made changes to the profile at what time.

(6) You can specify any URL that contains a documentation of this profile, which can be called via (7). You can use (8) to insert system constants into the URL.
