Pinboard

On the pinboard you can display various tiles (widgets) that provide you with information about the system.

Via (1) you can select the tiles to be displayed in another dialogue.

To select a widget (2), simply drag it in the area below (3). To remove it again, drag it to (4), which will add it back into the list at the top.


Repository

The repository provides a quick overview of all unresolved errors, Content Inspectors, ASM entries, partner channels and clients.

Profiles

Here you can see how many profiles you have, which ones are active, inactive or suspended and which of them can only run in one instance (Single run).

Threads & Queues

An overview of queued conversion tasks, ongoing conversions, and active profiles with time-driven Input Agents (Cron Jobs). See also sections Thread Queues, Threads and Response Routes in Queues.

Memory usage

The history of memory usage of the system.

Sessions

The users currently logged in to the system.

Last profile activities

The last activities of the users.

Favorites

Shortcuts to specific profiles, workflow definitions, ASM, Content Inspector and ETL/ELT entries can be created here.

Calendar

Self-explanatory. Note: Using the gear wheel (see first screenshot) you can enter holidays and event dates via the properties files ./etc/admin/datawizard/calendar_holidays.properties and ./etc/admin/datawizard/calendar_dates.properties. Example of an entry in the file: < yyyyMMdd>=<event name>, so specifically 20220817=Office party.

My tasks

If you or another user blocks a profile for you to edit (pass on errors), it will appear here. You can set up an email notification for this. In addition, workflows (forms) assigned to the user are displayed here.

Info

Here you can see the most important system resources. Swap is the amount of data used for swapped records. Important note: Here you can also find the installation ID that you need when creating a support ticket or when calling our support hotline. Note: The gear wheel (see first screenshot) can be used to select further options.

Whiteboard

Here you can send a message to all or specific users (New message), which will then be displayed on their respective whiteboards (pages Start and Pinboard ).
