Clipboard (ETL/ELT)

ETL/ELT fields can be kept in the clipboard for the use in subsequent tasks.

ETL/ELT fields of a preceding task can only be passed on to the 'sibling tasks' (on the same level) with the clipboard. On the other hand, the 'child tasks' can always access the ETL/ELT fields of the 'parent tasks' without the clipboard.

(1) Here you can only specify ETL/ELT fields that either come from a source data field (e.g. COL.1) or were created in the actions of this ETL/ELT task. Note: All given ETL/ELT fields will be saved in one extra row for each step. So provide at least two ETL/ELT fields to later on get the corresponding value of the variable assigned to that row. Note: If an ETL/ELT task has defined ETL/ELT fields in the clipboard, you can recognise this by the green icon in the task list on the left.
