About Lobster

(1) Here you will find the installed version of Lobster_data, the Lobster Integration Server and the GUI used. This is information you might be asked for during a support session or the licensing process.

(2) Lobster_data offers a number of shortcuts for a faster navigation of the GUI.

(3) This area contains a list of all used Java libraries.

(4) System information can be exported here (protocols, connections, etc.).

(5) Here you will find a list of all installed patches.

(6) This button opens a further dialogue. It allows our support staff to enter a password to activate a special mode for advanced troubleshooting if you allow them to access your system via TeamViewer, for example.
