Function	This preparser is able to change the encoding of the input file.
Configuration file	None. Configuration is done directly with a string in field Config file.

Description

This preparser is able to change the encoding of the input file. The source encoding of the input file has to be set as configuration string for the preparser (instead of a path to a configuration file). The target encoding is taken from the profile settings for the input file.
