User and Module Settings (WebInsight)

Here you can find settings for WebInsight in general and for your WebInsight user.

(1) The selected WebInsight language is stored in system variable MSG_CALL_VAR_SYS_PORTAL_LANG (must be defined). Language codes:

(2) The password of your WebInsight user. However, it can only be changed if login via LDAP is not active and if you did not log in with a token.

(3) The permissions of your WebInsight user.

(4) The logo can be replaced. For this, the desired logo must be placed in folder ./webapps/root under the name webinsight_logo.png. In addition, theme settings can be made in configuration file ./webapps/root/webinsight_theme.properties.

(5) This time zone applies to area Log search. If the Integration Server that stores the logs has a different time zone (6), the time for the logs will be converted into the time zone set here (5). Note: Times entered in forms are passed to the form profile without an implicit time zone. So if you use forms in different time zones (7), this must be handled explicitly.

(6) Time zone of the (inner) Integration Server.

(7) Time zone of the browser (with which WebInsight is viewed).
