Setting the Name of the HTTP Server

If, instead of the somewhat cryptic notation com.ebd.hub.server.Server@12345678, a more recognisable name should appear in the overviews, this can be configured via the following XML fragment.

Note: Setting a name for the server is mandatory for certain services, such e.g. the AS2Service.
