Save and Cache Profiles

(1) This saves the profile internally, but the profile does not change for other Lobster_data users yet. Only after clicking Save (2), the changes are adopted and the intermediate state is automatically deleted. Clicking Save & backup & close additionally creates a backup of the profile. You can import these backups in tab Backup/Limits in the general data of a profile. Note: Deleting a profile will also create such a backup. Note: If the profile is a template that has been modified in phases 1, 3-6 and the Save & backup & close button is used, another dialogue appears in which it is possible to select which profiles derived from the template are to be synchronised accordingly.

If the server or the browser crashes or the session is invalid and the profile is edited again, a dialogue appears asking if the intermediate status should be used.

The following option in configuration file ./etc/admin/datawizard/defaults.properties can be used to determine whether clicking (3) deletes the intermediate state or not.
