Load Balancing in the Control Center

If you log into the Node Controller with the GUI (logins at a Working Node are not allowed) and open the Control Center, you will centrally see all the jobs of the Node Controller and all the Working Nodes. The list of active processes of a particular Node can be viewed by selecting the desired Node.

For which node (Node Controller or a Working Node) the jobs are displayed, you can recognise by the following icon on the top of the page.

The rest of the GUI behaves as you are used to, i.e. jobs can be stopped, backup files can be viewed, and cron jobs can be started manually. The same applies to the dashboard.

System Settings

Page System/Load Balance also shows all the available Working Nodes (many of the options available there are also controllable via HTTP).

After you have enabled all the desired Working Nodes to take part in the load balancing process, you have completed the setup of your load balance system.

Logs

Node-dependent logs can be found in area Server Logs.
