Wout is a driven policy advisor at the intersection of ICT, transport and logistics. He translates top-sector policy into tangible benefits for entrepreneurs and develop logistics ICT standards by connecting service providers, shippers and ICT suppliers. He manages the logistics ICT expertise centre SUTC and drive the development and adoption of the Open Trip Model. He is involved in DALTI, TransFollow (e-CMR), i-SHARE, DefLOG and the Basic Data Infrastructure. With extensive knowledge of logistics processes, container shipping, hinterland transport and IT, his ambition is clear: eliminate manual data exchange and make secure, efficient digital data sharing the norm.
