Menno Lambooij is the co-owner of Adabt IT B.V. and the Chairman of DALTI, the Dutch Association of Logistics and Transport IT Suppliers. He brings over 25 years of experience in ICT projects within the transport and logistics sector, specializing in the implementation of industry-specific software such as TMS, WMS, and route-planning solutions.

He is closely involved in key innovation initiatives, including the e-CMR/eFTI Benelux pilot, standardization efforts (OTM5, Deflog), and the “Paperless Transport” initiative led by the Dutch industry association TLN.

DALTI (dalti.nl) is the industry association representing ICT suppliers for the transport and logistics sector. DALTI focuses on collaboration, knowledge sharing, and standardization, acting as a unified voice for technology providers. The association aims to simplify system interoperability, strengthen integration, and accelerate digital innovation across the supply chain.
