He drives group-wide digital capability building, data-driven decision making and cross-functional innovation programs with industry partners and startups. Garbar also serves as Managing Director of startport GmbH and Multimodal Investments Pte. Ltd. in Singapore and represents Duisport in international and political networks at EU, federal and state level.
